Determine the layer "depth" of the widget.

With several widgets sharing the same x,y space on the HUD, determine which widget is supposed to be drawn last, i.e. drawn on top.

<zLayer> is a floating point number, according to he Options menu, Widgets tab in the range of -10.0 to 10.0. The lower the number the more deeply "down" the widget is "burried", so a top layer widget would have the number 10.

By default all widgets have a <zLayer> = 0.
